Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing Manager at HCI Massage Chairs, your role will involve overseeing the daily operations of the Brand store at Hyderabad Airport to ensure efficient business performance. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members to establish and manage a high-performing sales team. - Providing ongoing guidance and development to the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets. - Liaising with airport authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain smooth operations. - Developing and executing sales strategies to exceed revenue goals. - Managing inventory control for accurate stock levels and timely restocking. - Preparing and presenting detailed sales reports, financial summaries, and operational metrics to senior management. - Addressing and resolving employee disputes to foster a positive work environment. - Handling escalated customer concerns for timely resolution and improved customer satisfaction. - Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, vendors, and airport authorities to drive business growth. - Managing all aspects of new store openings, including regulatory compliance and stakeholder communication. - Communicating proficiently in Hindi, English, and the local language of Hyderabad to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized institution is mandatory. - Minimum of 3 years" experience in retail sales management with a focus on team leadership and store operations. - Proven experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing high-performing teams. - Strong communication skills in Hindi and English to manage internal and external relationships effectively. - Experience in high-traffic environments, especially airports, is preferred. - Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills to handle employee disputes. - Ability to multitask and efficiently manage operations in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Flexibility to work in an airport environment, including weekends and holidays.
