Sales and Marketing Manager

Duties

• Oversee B2B sales efforts, focusing on building relationships with key clients and expanding market presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective promotional campaigns that align with sales goals.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Foster strong customer service practices to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure contracts and close deals effectively.
• Drive business development initiatives by identifying new markets and potential partnerships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, technical sales, or technology sales within a B2B environment.
• Strong management skills with a track record of leading successful teams.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions and data analysis.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies related to sales growth.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance data effectively.
