Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales and Marketing Manager. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, managing a team to meet sales targets, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Additional tasks include overseeing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to expand business operations. The candidate will also play a critical role in improving customer satisfaction and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

Sales and customer relationship management skills
Proficiency in marketing strategy development, campaign execution, and market analysis
Leadership and team management experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks
Proficiency in using CRM and marketing software tools
Experience in financial services or loan distribution is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
