As a Sales Executive for educational books and digital products, your role will involve promoting and selling the company's offerings to schools, distributors, and institutional clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as principals, teachers, and academic heads. Your duties will include planning and executing school visits, presentations, and promotional activities to showcase the products effectively. Understanding customer needs to provide appropriate product solutions and support will be crucial in meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. You will also collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution and brand visibility. Furthermore, conducting competitor and market analysis will help in identifying new business opportunities. Regular reporting on sales performance and market feedback, as well as representing the company at education fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events, will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell educational books and digital products to schools, distributors, and institutional clients. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with principals, teachers, and academic heads. - Plan and execute school visits, presentations, and promotional activities. - Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions and support. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution and brand visibility. - Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new business opportunities. - Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market feedback. - Represent the company at education fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events. Qualifications Required: - Proven 4-6 years of sales experience in the publishing industry, with a preference for the school books segment. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong customer focus and result orientation. - Ability to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
