Sales and Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager who can drive online sales, manage social media marketing, create engaging content, run paid ad campaigns, and actively sell at offline stalls on a commission basis.

This role requires a hands-on person, not just planning but execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Sales & Marketing

• Manage and grow Instagram & Facebook accounts
• Plan and execute sales-oriented content strategy
• Create and post Instagram Reels, Stories, and Posts
• Identify trending audio, formats, and reel ideas relevant to jewellery
• Engage with followers, reply to DMs, comments, and sales inquiries
• Convert social media leads into website or WhatsApp sales

2. Content Creation

• Shoot and create short-form video content (Reels) using mobile phone
• Create content such as:
• Product demos
• Styling ideas
• Daily wear jewellery reels
• Offers & launches
• Behind-the-scenes & stall content
• Coordinate basic editing (in-app or tools like CapCut/InShot)

3. Website Sales Management

• Manage product listings on the website
• Ensure correct pricing, offers, and stock visibility
• Track daily orders, conversions, and abandoned carts
• Coordinate with logistics partner for smooth order fulfillment
• Suggest improvements to increase conversion rate

4. Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads)

• Plan, execute, and optimize:
• Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)
• Google Ads (Search & Shopping, if applicable)
• Work on:
• Product selection for ads
• Ad creatives & copy
• Budget optimization
• ROAS improvement
• Monitor performance and submit weekly reports

5. Offline Stall Sales (Commission-Based)

• Actively sell jewellery at exhibitions, pop-ups, and stalls
• Interact with customers, explain products & benefits
• Upsell and cross-sell products
• Collect customer feedback and insights
• Earn commission on stall sales (in addition to salary)

Key Skills & Requirements

• Experience in social media marketing & sales
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels trends
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Comfortable appearing on camera (preferred)
• Sales-oriented mindset (conversion focused)
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Experience in jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
