Sales and Marketing Manager

*Job Title:* Sales & Marketing /Business development Manager – TransGlobe Academy, Kochi

*Location:* Kochi

Role Overview

Lead the admissions, sales and marketing function for TransGlobe Academy in Kochi. You will drive student enrolments, manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) and counsellors, and execute college‑ and school‑focused marketing campaigns. Experience in EdTech or overseas‑education sales is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Set and achieve quarterly/annual enrolment targets for the Kochi centre.

- Recruit, train, mentor and evaluate a team of BDEs and counsellors; track performance metrics.

- Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing plans (digital, events, print) targeting schools, colleges and prospective students.

- Build and maintain relationships with principals, career counsellors and university partners to generate leads.

- Oversee the full admissions cycle – from inquiry to enrolment – ensuring timely visa and documentation support.

- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and student feedback to refine sales strategies.

- Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, conversion ratios and ROI of marketing spend for senior management.

Required Experience

- Minimum 5 years in sales/marketing within the education sector, preferably EdTech

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

- Experience managing a team of BDEs/counsellors (size 5‑10).

- Strong network with schools, colleges and overseas universities in Kerala and beyond.

- Hands‑on with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook, SEO) and CRM platforms.
