● Support the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring digital campaigns.

● Assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive performance.

● Learn and apply digital marketing fundamentals across different platforms.

● Contribute to performance marketing activities and analyze key metrics to improve results.

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

● Prepare reports, presentations, and insights to support decision-making.

● Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

● Take ownership of learning initiatives and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

● Graduates from Tier-2 or Tier-3 colleges.

● Familiarity or knowledge of Google Ads and digital marketing fundamentals (knowledge of

performance marketing is a plus).

● Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
