We are seeking enthusiastic 2024 and 2025 graduates (2025 graduates preferred) to join our Business Development team as Management Trainees . This role is designed for freshers who are eager to build a career in IT consulting, global sales, and international client relationship management . Through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to clients across USA, UAE, and European markets , you will gain the foundation to grow into a successful Business Development professional. Key Responsibilities Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to engage decision-makers in international markets. Research industries, companies, and stakeholders to generate and qualify leads . Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools. Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitch decks . Assist in scheduling and coordinating introductory calls/demos with prospects. Work closely with senior BD team members to refine outreach strategies and messaging . Track outreach performance, prepare weekly reports , and suggest improvements. Learn the fundamentals of IT consulting services and management training solutions to effectively present value propositions. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduates of 2024 and 2025 only (2025 graduates preferred). Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields (MBA preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication skills (spoken & written). Interest in international business development, IT consulting, and training solutions . Familiarity with LinkedIn, email tools, and basic CRM systems (preferred but not required). Ability to research markets and identify decision-makers. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn global sales strategies. Comfortable engaging with international clients across time zones . Compensation & Benefits Stipend: ₹10,000 per month during the 6-month training period. Post-training CTC: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (fixed, based on performance). Structured training in business development, cold outreach, and IT consulting . Hands-on experience in lead generation and international client acquisition . Exposure to USA, UAE, and European clients . Mentorship and growth opportunities , leading to BD Executive/Manager roles.
