Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold outreach via

  email, LinkedIn, and calls

  to engage decision-makers in international markets.
• Research industries, companies, and stakeholders to

  generate and qualify leads

  .
• Build and maintain a

  pipeline of prospective clients

  using CRM tools.
• Support the preparation of

  proposals, presentations, and pitch decks

  .
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating

  introductory calls/demos

  with prospects.
• Work closely with senior BD team members to

  refine outreach strategies and messaging

  .
• Track outreach performance, prepare

  weekly reports

  , and suggest improvements.
• Learn the fundamentals of

  IT consulting services and management training solutions

  to effectively present value propositions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduates of 2024 and 2025 only

  (2025 graduates preferred).
• Degree in

  Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields

  (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong

  communication skills

  (spoken & written).
• Interest in

  international business development, IT consulting, and training solutions

  .
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email tools, and basic

  CRM systems

  (preferred but not required).
• Ability to research markets and identify decision-makers.

• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn

  global sales strategies.
• Comfortable engaging with

  international clients across time zones

  .

Compensation & Benefits

• Stipend:

  ₹10,000 per month during the 6-month training period.

• Post-training CTC:

  ₹3.0 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (fixed, based on performance).
