Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, job portals, and market research.
  • Reach out to prospects (cold email, LinkedIn messages, follow-ups) and book discovery/demo calls for the senior BD team.
  • Support creation of tailored proposals and RFP responses (collate scope, success metrics, timelines with delivery teams).
  • Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot/Zoho/Sheets) with prospect details, pipeline stage and call notes.
  • Assist in preparing short product demos and slide decks for client meetings; learn to present basic product/service value propositions.
  • Attend client discovery calls as note-taker; synthesize customer needs and next steps.
  • Track KPIs (leads generated, meetings booked, conversion rate) and produce weekly pipeline reports.
  • Collaborate with delivery (dev/design) and marketing teams to craft messaging and case studies for outreach.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, you can write crisp outreach messages and present confidently.
  • Good presentation skills (able to learn to demo, prepare a 5–8 slide tailored deck).
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow-ups; persistent and metrics-driven.
  • Strong learning appetite: willing to understand web, mobile, product engineering, and blockchain basics quickly.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of maintaining CRM discipline and timely follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools, Google Workspace, and basic slide creation (Google Slides/PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, coachable, and able to take feedback and iterate fast.

Nice-to-have

  • Prior internship or project in B2B sales / business development / SaaS / digital agency.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies or mobile apps.
  • Experience using CRM platforms or outreach automation tools.
