Job Title : Marketing Intern (Field Operations) Location : All Cities, India Job Type : Internship About Us Netclan is a fast-growing social networking platform that enables users to discover and connect with like-minded individuals, businesses, and services in their local community. With our powerful networking and business tools, we’re creating a vibrant ecosystem for professional and business users. We’re looking for enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Interns to help us expand our reach across India by onboarding local businesses and service providers to our platform. This is a unique opportunity for students passionate about marketing, sales, and communication who want hands-on experience in direct sales in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Business Acquisition: Identify and approach local businesses and service providers in your city to onboard them onto Netclan’s platform. Pitch & Negotiate: Present Netclan’s features and benefits effectively to prospective users and negotiate terms of engagement, revenue share, or commission agreements. Field Operations: Engage directly with businesses and customers through field visits, demonstrations, and training to familiarize them with Netclan’s offerings. Revenue Generation: Meet revenue targets through active user acquisition and engagement strategies. Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, user preferences, and competitive insights to refine outreach strategies. Reporting: Document interactions, user feedback, and conversion data to assess engagement and recommend areas for improvement. Who Should Apply? Education : Students currently enrolled in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration (BBA), or Mass Communication programs (BBA, MBA, etc.), looking for mandatory internships or skilling. Internship Duration: 6 Months Skills: Strong negotiation and sales abilities with a persuasive, personable approach. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Familiarity with digital platforms and the ability to explain technology concepts simply. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Availability: Flexible hours with field operations across multiple locations within the city.
