Users can create profiles as individuals, professionals, or merchants, allowing them to engage with their community for social interactions, business promotions, and other purposes.

Job Summary:

Field Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

• User Onboarding & Sales:

  Identify and approach professionals, business owners, and service providers to onboard them onto Netclan and sell subscription plans.

• Lead Generation:

  Proactively research and generate leads through cold calls, field visits, networking, and local market analysis.

• Demonstrations & Presentations:

  Clearly explain Netclan’s features, demonstrate the benefits of its digital networking tools, and assist users in setting up their profiles.

• Customer Engagement:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.

• Market Research:

  Gather feedback from users and provide insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

• Sales Reporting:

  Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM tools.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to enhance user experience and sales conversions.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  At least one year in field sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably selling subscriptions for online platforms.

• Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
• Ability to explain digital products and technology in simple terms.
• Comfortable with on-field sales and meeting potential clients in person.

• Education:

  Undergraduate in any discipline, preferably Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Language:

  Proficiency in local languages and English is a must.
