Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern, based in Gurugram. The intern will support the sales and marketing teams by conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include assisting in sales presentations, working on marketing campaigns, providing exceptional customer service, and aiding in sales management processes. The intern will also participate in training sessions and contribute to achieving the organization’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address inquiries
• Skills in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, contribute to revenue generation, and manage client accounts
• Ability to participate in and support Sales Training initiatives
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
