Growthinfi is a dynamic company focused on helping clients accelerate their business growth through innovative outreach and automation strategies. We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team for a 6-month, full-time, remote internship.

Role Overview

As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our team to support client servicing, particularly in outreach and automation. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in modern sales and marketing techniques, including cold outreach, LinkedIn strategies, and CRM implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in servicing clients by supporting all outreach and automation activities.
• Learn and execute cold email outreach campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
• Conduct cold LinkedIn outreach, including personalized connection requests and follow-up messages, to expand client networks and identify business opportunities.
• Support the setup, management, and optimization of LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Help implement and maintain CRM systems, ensuring client data is organized and up-to-date.
• Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and market trends to inform outreach strategies.
• Prepare reports and presentations on outreach performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine outreach templates and automation workflows.

What You Will Learn

• Practical skills in cold email and LinkedIn outreach, including message crafting, prospecting, and follow-up strategies.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads management and optimization.
• CRM implementation and best practices for client management.
• Use of automation tools to streamline sales and marketing processes.
• Client communication and servicing in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Requirements

• Strong desire to learn and grow in sales and marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new tools (CRM, outreach automation, LinkedIn Ads).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Duration & Location: 6 months, full-time, remote internship

Stipend: 3-5k per month
