Company Description New York Area Immigration Services (NAIS) is a U.S.-based immigration consulting firm helping individuals and families with student visas, work permits, green card pathways, and more. We're expanding our team in India and looking for dynamic Sales & Marketing professionals who are passionate about customer engagement and business growth. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive located in Zirakpur. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for email and social media marketing, market research, effective communication, sales strategies, and marketing campaigns to promote our services to, employment visa seekers, students interested in U.S. University for further education, and businesses for U.S. immigration. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate sales representative Coordinate and schedule meetings between leads and the sales team Conduct lead generation through social media platforms, CRM tools, and other channels Make outbound follow-up calls to nurture leads and assist in conversions Support social media marketing efforts, campaigns, and content planning Maintain client data and communication logs using internal tools Work closely with the sales team to maximize lead-to-client conversion rate Qualifications Fluent English communication (verbal and written) Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Basic understanding of sales funnel and marketing concepts Experience in handling customer calls, emails, or CRM systems is a plus Self-driven, goal-oriented, and team player Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹2.52 – ₹3.6 LPA (based on experience & skills) Healthy work environment with career growth opportunities Be part of a fast-growing international firm with an energetic work culture How to Apply If you’re passionate about communication, sales, and growth, and want to be part of a global team making a difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you!
