Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute

  sales and marketing strategies

  to achieve business targets in the assigned territory.
• Identify, approach, and establish relationships with

  hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare professionals

  .
• Promote and demonstrate

  medical equipment or pharmaceutical products

  to potential clients.
• Conduct

  market research

  to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver

  presentations, quotations, and product proposals

  to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  
• Maintain and update client databases and sales reports regularly.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams for

  marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
  
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies related to product promotion and sales.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience (4 - 5 years) in

  sales and marketing

  within the

  pharma or medical equipment

  sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to build and maintain

  long-term customer relationships

• Good understanding of

  medical equipment and pharmaceutical products

  .
• Self-motivated with a

  target-driven attitude

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  and CRM tools.
• Willingness to

  travel extensively

  within the assigned region.
