Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive based in Gwalior. The role involves conducting market research, developing sales and marketing plans, identifying leads, and building strong customer relationships. The Executive will also help drive revenue growth by promoting Flare Solartech's solar solutions to potential clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s mission of fostering renewable energy adoption. Qualifications Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify industry trends and potential opportunities Strong Communication skills to engage with clients effectively and build long-term relationships Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive business development and achieve revenue targets Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
