Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving membership sales, managing customer relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and achieve business targets. Promote and sell club memberships to potential clients through direct interaction, corporate tie-ups, and marketing campaigns. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Conduct tours of the club facilities and explain membership benefits to prospective members. Develop and maintain relationships with existing members to encourage referrals and renewals. Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities, events, and digital campaigns. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis. Represent The Stupa professionally at networking and community events to build brand visibility. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasing personality with a customer-centric approach. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
