Role Overview:

WordPress Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance WordPress websites (front-end and back-end).
• Customize themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
• Implement responsive and cross-browser compatible designs.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and errors.
• Manage website security, backups, and regular updates.
• Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and payment gateways when required.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to translate business needs into functional websites.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress themes, builders, and plugins (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, WooCommerce).
• Experience in website optimization and SEO implementation.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work night shifts (on-site) at CCC, Zirakpur.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Knowledge of website security practices.
• Experience with custom plugin development.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹2.40 – ₹2.64 LPA (based on experience & skills)
