Build Your Career in Real Estate 📢 We’re Hiring – Sales & Marketing Professionals Company: Emaarat Creaters (Builder & Engineer) / Ramdegi Land Developers Project: Morya Park 4, Butibori – Wardha Road, Nagpur ⸻ Open Positions • Sales Executives / Salesman • Team Leaders (Sales) • Marketing Executives (Field & Digital) ⸻ Our Product – RL Plots Our premium NMRDA-sanctioned RL plots start from: • ₹14 lakh onwards • ₹12–18 lakh range • ₹18–24 lakh range • ₹24–32 lakh range • (Higher-ticket plots available as per layout size) ⸻ Job Description – Responsibilities • Generate leads and convert them into site visits & bookings for RL plots. • Conduct client meetings, explain property details, pricing & bank loan options. • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction. • Execute field marketing activities: events, promotions, tie-ups. • Support digital campaigns: social media ads, content, local SEO. • Maintain  customer data entries, daily logs, and sales reports. • Lead & mentor juniors (for Team Leader role).   * Daily tele calling and follow ups to customers and convince to visit site.  ⸻ Requirements ✔ Minimum 3+ years sales/marketing experience (real estate preferred) ✔ 5+ years – higher salary & priority for top performers ✔ Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills ✔ Active in fieldwork across Nagpur / Butibori / Wardha Road ✔ Must have basic smartphone skills (WhatsApp, Google Maps) ⸻ Salary & Incentives 💰 Base Salary: ₹12,000+ (negotiable – no barrier for top talent) 📈 Commission Structure (based on plot sale value): • Booking up to ₹14 lakh → ₹8,000 per booking • Booking ₹12–18 lakh → ₹12,000 per booking • Booking ₹18–24 lakh → ₹18,000 per booking • Booking ₹24–32 lakh → ₹25,000 per booking (Team Leaders earn team-based overrides as well) ⛽ Petrol Allowance – up to ₹3,000/month 📱 Mobile & 🌐 Internet Allowance – ₹1,000/month 🕒 Overtime Pay + Annual Increment + Performance Incentives ⸻ Performance Targets (KPI) • Sales Executive: Minimum 3 to 5 bookings/month + 20 site visits. • Team Leader: Minimum 5 to 8 bookings/month (team total). • Marketing Executive: 150+ qualified leads/month. ⸻ Hiring & Selection Process 1. Resume Screening – check experience, past sales record. 2. Telephonic Round – 10-min conversation call.  3. In-Person Interview – Interview shall be held with direct owner. 4. Final Round – with Sales Head for salary & role fit. 5. Offer Letter – issued within 2 working days.     6.
