Resume Screening – check experience, past sales record. 2. Telephonic Round – 10-min conversation call. 3. In-Person Interview – Interview shall be held with direct owner. 4. Final Round – with Sales Head for salary & role fit. 5. Offer Letter – issued within 2 working days. 6.
