Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and targeting potential customers:
  • This includes researching, networking, and using lead-generation tools to find new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships:
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate fabric solutions:
  • Assessing customer requirements and suggesting suitable fabric options based on their needs.
  • Presenting products and conducting demonstrations:
  • Providing product knowledge, samples, and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and delivery terms:
  • Successfully closing sales by negotiating terms and conditions with clients.
  • Preparing sales reports and forecasts:
  • Analyzing sales data and forecasting future sales performance.
  • Attending trade shows and industry events:
  • Promoting the company's products and networking with industry professionals.
  • Coordinating with other departments:
  • Collaborating with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity:
  • Staying informed about industry developments and competitor actions to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • May involve preparing quotations and coordinating order flow:
  • Assisting in the process of creating sales quotes and managing the flow of orders.
  • May involve following up with customers:
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • May involve planning and executing sales strategies:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
