Role Description - Sales Executive B2C

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Sales and Marketing Executive. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing relationships with clients and partners, conducting market research, and promoting the company's products and services. Day-to-day tasks include preparing sales proposals, presenting products to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications

Sales Strategy Development and Implementation skills
Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
Market Research and Analysis skills
Experience in promoting products and services in the solar energy sector
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the energy sector is a plus

Eligibility

Atleast 1 Year of Experience in sales & Marketing
Graduation Or equivalent education
Must be serving notice period or ready to join with immediate effect.
Proficiency in english Communication.
Valid Driving Direction

Pay Level

INR 264,000/- Lakh per Annum with additional Incentive Or10-13% Hike in current CTC whichever is higher.
Max Fixed CTC can goes upto 384,000/- Per Annum with additional Incentive.
