Sales and Marketing Executive

Absolute Nuts is a fast-growing Maharashtra-based brand offering premium-quality dry fruits and Makhana, with strong roots in direct-to-consumer (D2C) and digital-first retail. We are now scaling our offline presence across Mumbai and Thane through distributors, modern trade, and GT channels. We're looking for a proactive, experienced Sales Executive to take charge of regional distribution, sales operations, and marketplace coordination. You’ll work closely with the founder and play a key role in expanding our physical and digital footprint. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Sales & Distribution: Identify, onboard, and manage regional distributors & retail stores Drive placement in general trade, modern trade & specialty outlets Monitor retail sales performance and take corrective actions Marketplace & Operations: Handle listings, updates & performance of Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, etc. Work with packaging & barcode vendors for timely dispatch and compliance Ensure FSSAI, product labels & documentation are accurate and up-to-date Track orders, follow up on collections, manage basic CRM updates Coordination & Support: Liaise with warehouse for dispatches & inventory flow Assist in regional campaigns, WhatsApp broadcast, email promos Send weekly sales reports & market feedback RequirementsMinimum 2 years experience in FMCG/D2C sales or distribution Understanding of GT/MT ecosystem in Mumbai/Thane Hands-on with Amazon Seller Central / Jiomart Partner / Flipkart Portal Strong follow-up, reporting, and execution mindset Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred Based in Mumbai/Thane with readiness for travel across the city What’s in it for You?Be part of a rising challenger brand in natural foods Entrepreneurial work culture and direct exposure to founder Opportunity to grow into a regional business head role
