We are now expanding into General Trade and building a robust distribution network in Mumbai & Thane. Only Candidate from FMCG or experience from FMCG to apply Role Overview The Marketing & Sales Executive will be responsible for: Placing products in General Trade stores and Modern Trade outlets. Building, managing, and growing the distribution channel. Achieving sales targets and ensuring maximum product visibility. Driving retailer engagement, sampling activities, and in-store promotions. Key Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and manage distributors & sub-stockists in target markets. Develop a beat plan for retail coverage in assigned territory. Negotiate placement, visibility, and margins with retailers. Coordinate product promotions, sampling drives, and festive offers. Monitor stock levels, order cycles, and timely deliveries. Maintain accurate sales & collection records. Gather market intelligence on competition, pricing, and new opportunities. Skills & Qualifications Proven FMCG GT sales experience. Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently in a startup environment. Knowledge of Mumbai & Thane GT network preferred. Good communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, English).
