Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator cum HR Executive who can efficiently support the sales team, manage client communications, and handle key HR functions. This hybrid role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive mindset to ensure smooth sales operations and effective HR processes. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Coordination • Handle inquiry calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and follow-ups with leads. • Maintain and update CRM / Excel sheets with lead status and sales pipeline. • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and client appointments for the sales team. • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, brochures, and assist in documentation. • Track daily/weekly sales performance and generate MIS reports. • Ensure timely follow-up with prospects to increase conversion rates. • Support marketing activities such as promotional events, campaigns, and social media coordination. • Liaise internally between sales, marketing, and operations for smooth workflow. 2. Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews. • Manage onboarding documentation, joining formalities, and employee records. • Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination. • Draft HR policies, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents. • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communication. • Handle basic grievance management and coordinate with management for solutions. • Ensure compliance with HR processes and company policies. ⸻ Required Skills & Competencies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple teams simultaneously. • Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. • Basic understanding of HR processes and sales support functions. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Qualification • Bachelor’s degree  • Experience in real estate sector (preferred but not mandatory).
