Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to bridge the gap between planning and execution. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that meetings are purposeful, schedules are optimized, and—most importantly—that the needs of our clients/team align perfectly with our project requirements.

The ideal candidate is a "master of logistics" who can navigate complex schedules while maintaining the people skills necessary to negotiate and align different priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and ensure all parties are prepared with agendas and objectives.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Speak directly with clients or team members to identify their specific needs and "translate" them into actionable project requirements.
• Needs Assessment: Act as a filter to ensure that requests from people align with the company’s capacity, resources, and long-term goals.
• Communication Hub: Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication between departments.
• Process Tracking: Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure that all "moving parts" are synchronized and deadlines are met.
• Conflict Resolution: Identify potential scheduling or requirement overlaps and proactively suggest solutions to keep projects on track.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
