Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Coordination & Order Processing : • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and proforma invoices as per customer requirements. • Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. • Maintain updated records of orders, pricing, and customer communication. • Follow up with dealers and distributors for order status, dispatch schedules, and payment updates. Customer Relationship Management : • Handle incoming inquiries from customers and channel partners. • Ensure prompt responses and maintain professional communication with clients. • Address customer issues and coordinate for resolutions with concerned departments. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Reporting & Documentation : • Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and stock reports. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports. • Support management in preparing business analysis reports and sales projections. Internal Coordination : • Liaise with the accounts department for invoicing and outstanding payments. • Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch tracking and timely deliveries. • Communicate effectively between sales executives and back-end operations. Administrative & Marketing Support : • Assist in maintaining product samples, brochures, and marketing materials. • Support in organizing exhibitions, product displays, and dealer meets. • Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing related to sales activities. Qualifications & Skills Required: • Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Marketing. • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support (preferably in manufacturing, hardware, or building materials industry). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication. • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset. Key Attributes: • Punctual and responsible in meeting timelines. • Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping ability. • Capable of multitasking and managing priorities effectively. • Customer-focused and proactive in resolving issues. Performance Indicators: • Accuracy and timeliness in order processing. • Customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Effective coordination between departments. • Timely collection of payments and document accuracy.
