Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Associate located in Pune. The Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, handling customer service interactions, providing training and support to clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote our services. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential clients, conducting market research, managing customer relationships, and participating in sales meetings and presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales expertise and experience in implementing Sales & Marketing strategies
• Ability to provide Training and support to clients
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in sales and marketing roles is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

About the Role

ZITRIX Technologies is expanding its Training & Consulting Services portfolio and looking for Sales & Marketing Executives (Freshers & Experienced) who are passionate about educational sales, lead generation, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

-Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, social media, and events.

-Promote and sell training & consulting programs such as:

:PMP® | PRINCE2® | PRINCE2 Agile®

:Advanced Project Management

:Python & AI in Project Management

:Develop relationships with corporates, working professionals, and training partners.

:Achieve monthly/quarterly targets in enrollments and revenue.

:Execute digital campaigns, support marketing initiatives, and represent ZITRIX in corporate outreach.

:Report sales pipeline, customer insights, and competitor activity.

Desired Candidate Profile

-Freshers / Interns: MBA/Graduate with strong communication and interest in education/training sales.

-Experienced Executives: 1–5 years of proven track record in sales & marketing, preferably in EdTech, training, or consulting services.

-Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

-Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.

Familiarity with CRM, MS Office, and digital marketing tools preferred.
