Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Associate, located in Varkala with some work from home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for daily sales activities, developing marketing strategies, training sessions, and providing customer service support. The associate will also help with crafting and executing sales and marketing campaigns to drive business growth.

What you’ll do:

Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Create engaging content (posts, reels, blogs, designs, videos).
Assist in running campaigns, ads, and lead-generation activities.
Support branding & storytelling (including personal branding).
Track insights, engagement, and suggest improvements.

Who we’re looking for:

Freshers or up to 3 years of experience.
Creative, energetic, and eager to learn.
Hands-on with Canva, Photoshop, and video editing tools.
Knowledge of reels, shorts, and trending formats.
Based in/around Trivandrum or open to relocate.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
