Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Business Development Executive to grow and nurture our client base, develop new business opportunities, and lead revenue-driving initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a deep understanding of the IT services landscape and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. You'll play a strategic role in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and delivering measurable outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

New Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and close new clients, driving pipeline development and new project wins.

Account Growth: Nurture and expand existing client relationships to uncover new business opportunities and upsell IT services.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Proposal Development: Lead RFP responses, client proposals, and pitch presentations to win new business and retain current clients.

Event & Sponsorship Activation: Represent IBITS at industry events, sponsorships, and client activations to boost brand visibility and strengthen networks.

Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain C-level and senior-level relationships within client organizations.

Sales Enablement: Develop training materials, pitch decks, and talking points for internal use to enhance team readiness and messaging consistency.


Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠MBA degree in sales / Marketing

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in IT or technology services.

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to generate quality leads and handle closures.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel frequently within India.
