Account Growth: Nurture and expand existing client relationships to uncover new business opportunities and upsell IT services. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities and threats. Proposal Development: Lead RFP responses, client proposals, and pitch presentations to win new business and retain current clients. Event & Sponsorship Activation: Represent IBITS at industry events, sponsorships, and client activations to boost brand visibility and strengthen networks. Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain C-level and senior-level relationships within client organizations. Sales Enablement: Develop training materials, pitch decks, and talking points for internal use to enhance team readiness and messaging consistency.
