Job description
Experience required: 2+ years in IT Networks and Servers (Level 1 Engineer)
- Experience to manage Network Operations independently consisting of Routers / L2 & L3 switches / firewall / Internet VPN
- Troubleshooting of LAN / WAN / Internet issues and recommending probable solutions along with impact analysis.
- Good Knowledge of Cloud setup from network perspective.
- Good knowledge of network protocols and multicast network.
- Good knowledge on Linux Server administration and management
- Analysis and troubleshoot of incidents and escalation of events.
- Hands on experience in Cisco, Nokia, Huawei routers, Switches and firewall
- Regular interaction with end users/Members and senior management
- Responsible for day to day smooth operations of the Network infrastructure
-Experience with Monitoring tools like PRTG and Graffna
- Inventory management and Change management.
- Automation and Devops knowledge is a plus.
- Should have hands-on experience of below protocols and features:
- OSI Layers, IPV4 (Subnetting), Static routing, BGP, TCP/UDP, STP, VPC, Portchannel, Port security, Port Span, Policy based routing, QOS, Multicasting,
