Job Profile
* Attending the customer calls and queries, answering emails via ticketing system, solving problems on primary level through telephone/email.
* Troubleshoot server and network issues.
* Preparing daily, monthly reports.
* Monitor network and data center.
* Responds to requests logged via help desk applications. Tracks all problems until they get resolved.
* Coordinate with the team for escalations.
* Monitor e-mail and related information for support inquiries
* Coordinate and maintain a log sheet of request activities of the Help Desk.
*Create new Process and tweak workflows
Mandatory Skills Required
* Should have at least Technical knowledge in networking and hardware troubleshooting.
* Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
* Should be ready to work in rotational shift timings
* Helpdesk coordination / Customer Support experience is a plus.
