Job Description

You have 2+ years of experience in IT Networks and Servers as a Level 1 Engineer. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing Network Operations independently, including Routers, L2 & L3 switches, firewall, and Internet VPN. - Troubleshooting LAN/WAN/Internet issues, providing solutions, and conducting impact analysis. - Good understanding of Cloud setup from a network perspective. - Knowledge of network protocols, multicast networks, and Linux Server administration. - Analyzing and troubleshooting incidents, along with event escalation. - Hands-on experience with Cisco, Nokia, Huawei routers, switches, and firewalls. - Regular interaction with end-users, members, and senior management. - Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Network infrastructure. - Experience with Monitoring tools like PRTG and Grafana. - Inventory management and Change management. - Automation and DevOps knowledge is a plus. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 2+ years of experience with a minimum CCNA certification. - Hands-on experience with OSI Layers, IPV4 (Subnetting), Static routing, BGP, TCP/UDP, STP, VPC, Portchannel, Port security, Port Span, Policy-based routing, QOS, and Multicasting. Qualifications: - Education: Graduate with CCNA certification. Certification in Linux and Windows server administration is a plus.,
