Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, self-driven, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales. Your technical understanding and communication skills will play a key role in building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads in residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and customer requirements.
  • Demonstrate water purifier models and explain product features and benefits.
  • Develop and present technical and commercial proposals, including pricing, timelines, and financing options.
  • Manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on long-term satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, installations, and customer service.
  • Offer basic troubleshooting and post-installation support when required.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales activity, performance metrics, and market feedback.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years in direct field sales, preferably in water purification or home appliances.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable with door-to-door and appointment-based sales.

Other Requirements:

  • Male candidates residing in or near Palakkad Town.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client visits.
  • A valid two-wheeler license is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
