Responsibilities:

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Develop a marketing plan
• Revenue generation
• Generate leads, calling the leads, arrange business meetings with prospective clients and do follow ups
• Negotiation and sales closures
• Prepare, review, and finalize sales proposals.
• Monitor & analyze sales, revenue, invoices and report KPI metrics
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Participate in all promotional activities

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in customer support
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
