Role Description

This is a full time role for a Sales Account Manager located in Hyderabad, with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Account Manager will manage customer accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, generate leads, and provide top-notch customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer needs are met.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication
• Experience in Account Management and managing client relationships
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the education technology sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
