Sales Account Executive

The company is seeking a Sales Account Executive to join their team in Pune, India. With a minimum of 6 months of internship/full-time experience in B2B sales/account management, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the client portfolio. Your primary focus will be on cultivating client relationships, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Strong communication skills and organizational abilities are essential for success in this role. In this position, you will play a key role in driving customer success, managing key accounts, and nurturing relationships within the B2B customer base, spanning various sectors such as SaaS, finance, technology, lifestyle, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of Indian clients with an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of approximately 1.5 Crores. - Facilitate handovers from US client acquisition. - Adhere to Wittypen's internal workflows and processes. - Drive client retention, engagement, and account growth. - Ensure timely and accurate reporting and communication with clients. - Maintain and update CRM records consistently. - Collaborate internally to exceed client expectations.
