About the Role:


Account Executive


You will work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to position our platform as the preferred choice for global organizations.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Pipeline & Closure

  • Own the complete sales cycle: discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → closure.
  • Convert 

    Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)

     into paying customers.
  • Run high-quality product demos for global clients across time zones.
  • Maintain a predictable pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce/etc).


2. Market & Customer Engagement

  • Engage with decision-makers: CIOs, CTOs, Registrars, Academic Heads, HR, and Compliance Teams.
  • Understand customer challenges and position our SaaS product as the best-fit solution.
  • Present ROI, pricing, and value propositions confidently.


3. Account Management

  • Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Ensure smooth handover to Customer Success post-closure.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.


4. Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work with marketing on lead generation feedback and ICP refinement.
  • Share customer insights with the product team for roadmap improvements.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly revenue targets.


Required Skills & Experience:


  • 2–6 years of experience in 

    B2B SaaS sales

    , preferably in global markets.
  • Proven track record of 

    closing deals

     with international customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, pricing models & procurement processes.
  • Ability to run demos and negotiate with senior decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, lead management tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.


Preferred Experience:


  • Experience selling to 

    universities, corporates, HR-tech, Ed-tech, or compliance-driven industries

    .
  • Understanding of APIs, digital credentials, workflow automation, or enterprise platforms.
  • Prior experience with 

    US, GCC, or Europe sales

     is a strong advantage.
