Role: Full-Time Intern – Technical Support (Founder’s Office)

Overview:


We are looking for a smart, adaptable, and motivated intern to join the Founder’s Office in a Technical Support role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys learning on the go, solving problems, and contributing wherever needed. You will play a key role in supporting users, auditing systems, and assisting with operational tasks that keep the product and processes running smoothly. This is a generalist role with high exposure and flexibility.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Respond to user queries across support channels and assist in resolving technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and replicate problems, working with internal teams when escalation is needed.
  • Provide clear, timely communication and documentation for each case.


2. System Auditing

  • Regularly audit system modules, platform usage patterns, and data records.
  • Identify inconsistencies, bugs, or inefficiencies and share insights with the team.
  • Maintain logs of audit findings and follow up on corrective actions.


3. Operational Support

  • Assist the Founder’s Office with project coordination, documentation, and tracking.
  • Help prepare reports, dashboards, or meeting notes for internal reviews.
  • Take ownership of small internal projects and ensure timely completion.


4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with teams such as Product, Engineering, and Customer Success on priority items.
  • Be available to support ad-hoc initiatives and internal experiments as needed.


5. Generalist & Flexible Tasks

  • Be open and ready to take on any task that adds value—from research to admin to testing ideas.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and contribute across verticals depending on business needs.


What We’re Looking For:



  • A proactive learner with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage time well, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Interest in startups, technology, and solving real-world problems.
  • Prior exposure to support tools, analytics, or startup environments is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Recently graduated in BCA (Computer Applications) or a similar discipline.
