Job Description

Implement and monitor safety procedures at construction sites.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Conduct safety induction and training for workers and staff.
Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses.
Ensure usage of PPE and adherence to safety protocols.
Maintain safety records, audits, and inspection reports.
Coordinate with site engineers and contractors on safety issues.
Ensure compliance with statutory safety requirements and company policies.

Eligibility

Diploma / B.Tech in Engineering with additional qualification in Industrial Safety.
3 to 8 years of experience in construction / infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of safety laws, ISO standards, and emergency response procedures.
Excellent observation, communication, and documentation skills.
Should have handled safety management at multi-storey building projects.
