Job Role:

Qualification:

Conduct
daily plant inspections
to identify unsafe acts & unsafe conditions.
Report and coordinate
corrective actions
with respective departments.
Conduct
counselling sessions
with shop-floor employees for PPE compliance and maintain records.
Monitor and review
work permits
(Working at height, Hot work, Vessel entry, Cold work, Excavation).
Organize and conduct
safety trainings
and maintain proper records.
Support and participate in
mock drills
as per schedule.
Promote
safety awareness
by displaying posters, SOPs, MSDS, and safety slogans.
Prepare and submit
monthly safety activity reports
.
Conduct
daily toolbox talks
with workers.
Monitor
high-risk activities
and ensure plant-wide safety compliance.
Handle
special safety assignments
as and when required.
