Responsible for Pre-Startup & Change over activities. Monitoring Online record & document updating. Must have effective commutation with respective shift incharge. Responsible for online immediate corrective action and implementation against issues. Maintain cleaning effectiveness & verification. Responsible for maintaining GMP & GHP. Implementation of quality requirement and parameters. Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications. In-house Calibration of all machine weighing balance. Printing matter checking, Leakage testing &Pouches verification. Powder verification and approval for production. Daily verification of machine Cleaning and DPR Checking. Deep or Master Cleaning effectiveness and Verification. Preventive control based on Food safety. Required Experience and Qualifications Min. Experience Required : 1 to 2 Experience in Food Quality (Online Quality Work) Min. Qualification Required : Graduate in Science & Technology.
