Job Summary
We are looking for OFFICER/JR. OFFICER (ONLINE QC) at EVEREST FOOD PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED (EVEREST MASALA) Umbergaon plant. (Only male candidate)

Plot NO. 40/1, Gangadevi Road, Village -Palgam, Ta. - Umbergaon, Dist. - Valsad, Gujarat – 396170

Responsibilities and Duties

• Day to day verification of Online production, Process system & FG.
• Responsible for Pre-Startup & Change over activities.
• Monitoring Online record & document updating.
• Must have effective commutation with respective shift incharge.
• Responsible for online immediate corrective action and implementation against issues.
• Maintain cleaning effectiveness & verification.
• Responsible for maintaining GMP & GHP.
• Implementation of quality requirement and parameters.
• Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.
• In-house Calibration of all machine weighing balance.
• Printing matter checking, Leakage testing &Pouches verification.
• Powder verification and approval for production.
• Daily verification of machine Cleaning and DPR Checking.
• Deep or Master Cleaning effectiveness and Verification.
• Preventive control based on Food safety.

Required Experience and Qualifications
Min. Experience Required : 1 to 2 Experience in Food Quality (Online Quality Work)
Min. Qualification Required : Graduate in Science & Technology.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
