Officer/Jr. Officer Production

You are being sought after by Everest Food Products Private Limited for the position of Officer/Jr. Officer in the Production Department at the Umbergaon Plant. Your responsibilities will involve maintaining and controlling various segments of production to ensure the smooth and efficient running of operations. As a team player, you will collaborate closely with your co-workers in all tasks to maximize efficiency and profits. **Key Responsibilities:** - Efficiently handle manpower during shifts - Perform day-to-day documentation work - Manage raw materials including proper entry and coordination with the planning department - Coordinate with inter-departments for daily activities - Enter production data into SAP software, including wastage entry - Check machines for smooth operation and ensure production lines run effectively - Prepare for internal and external audits - Maintain GMP/GHP and other related standards on the production floor - Assign responsibilities, prepare schedules, and manage workflow - Guide and coach employees while monitoring their productivity - Generate performance and progress reports for senior managers - Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2 to 7 years of experience in a relevant field such as Manufacturing, Packing, Pharma, Food, Spices, or FMCG - Minimum qualifications: B.Tech in Food or B.Sc. - Minimum 1 year of SAP experience In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be provided with benefits such as a flexible schedule, food provision, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, and provident fund.
