Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajsamand for a Safety Officer. The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, ensuring compliance with occupational health standards, and leading accident investigations. Responsibilities also include developing and delivering safety training programs, supervising site security measures, and collaborating with teams to promote a safe and secure workplace environment.

Qualifications

Expertise in Health & Safety protocol implementation and Occupational Health standards
Experience in Accident Investigation and Reporting
Proficiency in delivering Safety Training sessions and developing training materials
Understanding of Security measures and site supervision
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain regulatory compliance
Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field
Certifications in safety management systems or equivalent qualifications are advantageous
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
