Job Purpose: To provide administrative and technical support for maintaining the records, documentation, and data management of the Plant & Machinery department, ensuring accurate tracking of equipment, maintenance schedules, and operational reports. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update daily records of machinery movement, utilization, and downtime. Prepare machinery deployment and maintenance schedules in coordination with site teams. Enter and update data in Excel related to machinery, fuel consumption, repairs, and spare parts. Assist in maintaining logbooks, calibration certificates, and service records of all equipment. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly machinery performance reports. Coordinate with the store, accounts, and HR for machinery-related documentation (diesel reports, operator attendance, etc.). Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all P&M documents. Support the Plant Incharge in preparing MIS, vendor bills, and maintenance summaries. Ensure timely communication of breakdowns and repairs to management. Handle correspondence and documentation related to plant insurance, registration, and renewals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Graduate / Diploma in Computer Applications or equivalent. Experience: 1–3 years in Plant & Machinery / Construction / Equipment handling department preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Good typing and data entry accuracy. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and record-keeping ability. Communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and time management. Work Environment: Office-based role with coordination across sites and workshops. May require occasional visits to plant yard or project sites for data verification. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: Remote
