Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Hoshangabad. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying business opportunities. The role also involves preparing sales reports, maintaining accurate records, and driving customer-centric strategies to fulfill the company's vision.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management
• Proficiency in sales and account management
• Experience in the industrial, medical, or electronic gases industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
