Responsible in developing the necessary policies and procedures for all reception-related functions. Daily Walk around of the Facility Operational Risk Management Update and implement Emergency Response plan; drills etc as required. Escalation of Incidents/Problems Performance Objectives Meet or exceed best practice in provision of services through contracts.
